I still have the improved rammer in my depot from the homefront missions. I know lots of people have said use it on a tier 10 tank but i honestly probably wont play t10 outside of cw and i have plenty of odd tiered (5,7)tanks i want to out it on that i will play at least 1000 plus games so do i wait and use it for a cw vehicle or just put on a tank i will play often? Also would you use it on a premium tank since youd have to play a lot of premium tanks to grind credits/crew train anyway (i like all my current premium tanks)?

I have heard two schools of thought on improved equipment:

1) Put it on the tanks you would use for the most intense mode - eg. for tier 10 clan wars

2) Put it on the tanks you play the most, esp. premiums you enjoy and will use a lot in the future.

Do whatever is fun for you. We can't tell you that your fun is wrong.

Actually I would put that rammer on the already fast firing Swedish Strv 103B TD. Turns it into an auto-loader with a 350 pen/50 round magazine with 5 sec reload on the 103B (vents, impro rammer, vent directive, coffee and cin buns).

My matilda. 1.66 reload is just too long

The longer the reload, the more you gain in absolute terms.  I would put it on a heavy or TD with a long-ish reload.

All of my SPGs have one.  TDs probably benefit the most after that.   Having a quick reload on an UDES 03 is like having the clouds part and sun shine in as you tag them with the second shot before they get behind cover.
I also have a pimped out RBFM

Should be the other way around. Use improved equipment to accentuate the characteristics a tank already has. If your tank has bad base VR, you don't stick optics on it. If your tank already has a 15 second reload, an extra second isn't going to matter, since you should be trading instead of trying to kill stuff with DPM.

TDs I have found are an exception, since the first shot is always a surprise. but yes, the ultimate goal is a medium tank with auto-loader speeds and no clip.
