The title says it all. Which one of these 3 do you think is the better/best choice for a Tier 8 Premium German Heavy tank, or would you not go with any of them? Now that there are 3 of them, it might help somewhat newer players figure out which of these 3 to buy....or just avoid all of them altogether. So, I am mainly making this poll to help those who are yet undecided figure out what their next Premium tank buy could be. :) ...And I am curious myself to see what you guys prefer.

I'm going to stick with the Mauerbrecher. If you want an honest challenge, the Mauerbrecher can really GRIND YOUR GEARS put your Heavy-driving skills to the test. That, and blowing up wheelies and lights with 128mm HE rounds is absolutely hilarious. :justwait:

So, what about you guys?

When I mean 'newer', I mean about 3000-4000 battles at least. Still new enough that they've maybe ground out 1 line.

When I started playing we didn't have boosters, and all the premium Tanks Were Gimped. It took probably 5k or more to grind a line, but like someone said that is still  a Newb.

I can agree there. My brother has ground through several lines now....and it's taken him A LOT of time. He and I have both been around before personal boosters came out, and grinding was brutal back then.

I can believe that. I came around a couple years after you did, looking at when you arrived in 2012. I think Premiums were mostly alright by that point....and boosters came along not long after I arrived. Certainly made grinding for credits/experience a lot easier.

The premiums were almost all still preferred MM. With a few exceptions. And boosters have been around 3 years. They started in 2016 or the end of 2015. But your spot on, they have been a God send.

The Lowe is a god among peasants and the equivalent of the defender for Germany...if you are at t8 battle.

At tier 9 Lowe becomes a support heavy since most t9 can penetrate it frontally no matter if is Hull down or well angled.

At t10 is completely useless. Your gun is sh** since you alpha isn't good, the reload speed is awful and the penetration is just barely average. When you are at a t10 battle the Lowe can't penetrate anything even with gold, so if you try to play it like a heavy, you can go work a rich line and only show your well angled turret but soon you will realize that its armor is useless when even t10 lights can penetrate it frontally with he or ap. And I'm talking about alpha of 320 and up. If you face a t10 heavy the most damage you will be able to do is to tracks and you will need at least 3 shots in the same track to destroy it. Meanwhile, the heavy tank will easily penetrate and hit your for over 400hp. So your best survival option is to play your heavy as a td.

I recommend the sLowe as everything else become cheese and warm butter once facing 9s and 10s, the dumbest thing I've done with the sLowe that worked was face hugging a death star and ended up winning with an ace tanker lol.
