Simple question really. Lets say that you have a few BIA crew available to be able to put in any tank. Which one do you pick?

...Clarification; including or excluding tanks (premiums, admittedly, mostly) that come with crews already with BIA included with them?

All of them. However, if I had to choose I'd generally put my best crews in lights and mediums, they need and can make the most of a highly skilled crew.

Then I'd have to say in my KV-2/KV-2( R ), so that the boost to turret traverse, aim time and load time can help to balance out the 155mm's long reload time. (Seriously, I've got arty that reloads faster.) I love the Ragnarok, but I'm willing to admit that it's a glass cannon; if you don't make the kill with the first shot, you probably won't get a second, especially if there's multiple enemies nearby.

(Edit: Stupid internet assuming I want a symbol instead of what I actually typed...)

Bia adds only 2.5%

LTs or Meds. Tanks with few crew (2 or 3) members are a good choice too because there are a lot of overlapping skills.

Like people said here, put them in lights or mediums.

I'd suggest a medium.  You'll contribute more in a medium.

BIA is a must for any tank, but if it were to be BIA and BIA only, then it'd be arty as you don't really need other crew skills anyway.

SPG's would be the worst class to put a good crew in, total waste, they only need two skills to cover the most important skills and 3 to have everything they will really need. I used to do it for training purposes since a new crew in an SPG isn't really isn't much of an issue so I'd play them until their second skill then move them but with crew books now not much need to do that.

Whichever tank is currently the most OP tank in the game (I don't know which tank that is, probably one of the clan reward tanks).

Thats the problem, you're bashing it and not worshipping it. The KV-2s are collectively my most played tank. I've only switched over to the R for the booster, I dont even use the skin! But if you treat KV-2 right, it will treat you right...

I'll probably go for the M3 Light (The Russian Tier 3 Premium Light Tank) just cause I haven't touched mine nor have I seen it much....

he didn't say put a good crew in it.  he stated that arty only really needs BIA.

case in point, during the last campaign, one of our callers wanted a T92 instead of the old 53/55 I've had in my garage forever.  grudgingly I got it, and put a fresh, gold trained crew with BIA.  I ran a 6th sense directive on it during the campaign.  haven't played a single battle in it in pubs, and don't intend to.

when I get enough blueprints, I will probably do the same thing to eventually put a CGC in my garage.

The point of the thread is where would you put a BIA crew which I am assuming he means a zero skill BIA crew since otherwise it makes no difference. So in that case an SPG would be a waste. If you want BIA on a new SPG crew just get a normal one and buy a book.

I tried worshipping my Ragnarok, A Martian Tech-Priest got offended about my 'interfering in theological matters'.

Seriously though, I love my KV-2 and 2R, I just admit that I haven't yet gotten all the problems fully worked out of how to play them. That's more a time and practice issue than a crew one, though.

I don't make such assumptions, but would agree that I would not utilize such a crew in an SPG.
