My son and I started playing together and just finished the first stage of the recruit program, which gives the "Bonds of Steel" inscription. Every time we try to put it on our tanks, it removes the camo. Clearly inscriptions and camo work together on lots of tanks, so I must be doing it incorrectly or something. How does it work? We're using the basic rental camos on each tank, if that makes any difference.

I believe it does, as they are pre-set styles.

You can't add any customization on the Preset Styles. The rental camo is one of those preset styles.

 

If you want the inscriptions you can only use what's available in the Custom Style tabs.
