With the LT 432, even 90, and the EBR's I am wondering if this M41-90 is even worth getting? Yes? No? Why?

I heard a lot of hype about this tank around the time I bought it.  Although I like it, it doesn't serve a genuine purpose for me.  If I need a light tank, the LT-432, Even 90 or EBR are my Tier VIII go to tanks. However, I have a rocking German Light Crew and find this tank fun in Frontlines.  I might like it if I played it more, so there's that.

One thing that the German LTs have going for them (well, at least the M41 and I believe the newer one that is essentially a better M41) is a really good HE round. The pen on the 90mm HE round is ~100mm, which is enough to totally ruin another LTs day, along with some thin-skinned mediums and the sides of US heavies (and rears of most vehicles).

The disadvantage to the HE round is it is pretty slow, so it is like lobbing softballs at people.

Yes but they just announced again changes to HE rounds across the board that will nurf any huge HE round shooting tanks. So if this is the one advantage that this tank has then it might soon be gone.

However, could it also be the case that this premium (and other premiums with good HE rounds) might be super great buys because they may be the only tanks left that have good HE rounds? Is it a must buy tank because of a global nurf? Or will it get nurfed just as bad as everything else?

no as the gun is garbage and the wheelies are the new scout tanks

I think it's day has passed. The wheelies totally outclass it and the LT432 is a Russian Tier ten pretending to be an eight.

If you want a German light, just get the HWK 30. I like it a lot more.

Yes, the HWK 30 is the new one. I believe it also has the high pen HE, and if I recall correctly it is just flat out better than the Blackdog.

As far as buff/nerf goes, if it is a change to HE mechanics it will effect premium tanks as well. If they start nerfing individual tanks HE rounds they will leave the premiums alone.
