well at this rate by 2022 the tech tree will end in T14 or so where after T10 WoT becomes MechWarrior online.

Though the premium BOLO Resartus will be worth the four garage slots it takes up.

For tanks like the Maus it makes perfect sense.  Let the 75mm "coaxial" gun fire HE useful for dealing with wheelies and tracks.   Same for the M3 Lee, make the 37mm turret useful for engaging lights/arty.

why hasn't WG been shut down yet because they literally violate the law every time the sell a tank in this game. I have never seen such blatant fraud that was allowed to continue for so long.

The soft stats thing really was the final nail in the coffin for me in this game. This is proof that every single mechanic that WG lists in game from camo/detect to armor pen/bounce values are no where near what are listed nor stated and are in fact manipulated heavily by this company.

If you're so positive why don't you sue ?

If you watched that video and didn't think they would be overpowered, then you need to put the bong down. I'd rather have them make the all the guns on existing vehicle work, such as the Grant.

I'm all up for this, I can't wait to have my ST-II blasting stuff for 880 damage.

 

I still have a lot to wait though, you can' t release a new mechanic without releasing a new OP premium first.

Having an in-line low pen burst fire weapon as an ammo choice would make more sense.  To deal with wheeled vehicles you could fire up the machine guns instead of the main gun.

 

Or as proposed it would make the end game interesting to bet on a higher alpha ambush...or early game first shot.

I get the feeling these guys are doing things "because we can"

 

It certainly explains why other aspects of the base game is being ignored, it's more fun to come up with new stuff than to fix/balance what you already have so the base game becomes more fun

No matter what they say, they ate already adding it and it will be broken as hell and biased to soviet tanks. Now t8s will get to one shot tiers 6s and 7s.

Except that both the Borsig and the ISU-IS2 have been able to do exactly that since forever, most autoloaders can also clip tier 6s and some 7s as well, nothing really new other than the extra F U factor.

To me it depends on how big the combined alpha is of the two guns.  It should NOT be more than any existing tank of that class (heavy, assuming ST-II).  If it's 2x440 then that is too much IMO.

The ST-II is just a double-barrel version of the ST-I, so that's exactly how it'll be.

 

Which is why WG is including the mechanic of both guns being temporarily deactivated if you fire a double-barrel shot. And then after they come back online they still have to load again. And if you don't use that function then basically it'll work like a 2-round autoreloader. Which as long as it's not the braindead inverse autoreloader of the IS-3A, shouldn't be too problematic.

Strangely, by the end of the video, I decided I'm ok with it.

 

But, I've said it before:

Why not make the tanks already in the game that have multiple guns, capable of switching modes to fire them?

Why not load whatever shell type into whatever gun?

Why not have a machine gun mode for shooting at the tires of wheelies?

 

The other thought is why not consider adjusting to 12 battle tiers, where some of the later and theoretical tanks move up? (Yes, I know, it would take a lot of sorting out, but it could also start the progression of WoT into other war eras, instead of jumbling them together so much.)
