A high caliber double barrel simply won't do.  Make them auto loaders so they are competitive.

Who's asking for this feature?  Literally nobody in the player base community.  It's just more smoke and mirrors to attempt to distract the masses from the real problems in the game that need attention.

So it's like an IS3A with two guns and capable of doing 750 damage with one shot, can it also fly?

for the special people who cannot read or listen this is not like the IS3A ... the IS3A LOADS WITH NO INTERRUPTION

this new mechanic works where once you fire the 1st round it will start to reload 

if you fire the 2nd round during this process it will interrupt the 1st shells reload and you'll have to wait longer to fire your next shot

I suspect this mechanic, other than the probably fictional tier 8 (as mentioned, ST-II would be unfitting) which might never see release, the next tanks I could see are the Sentinel 17-pounder test vehicle (which to test recoil, mounted a pair of 25-pounders), "KV-7-76-II" (one of the mentioned vehicles), "T-34-45-II" (the actual planned "Anti-tank" T-34 before it was deemed F-34 was up to the task). The actual big thing here is the possibility that this might lead to multi-gun tanks getting both of their guns in combination with the multiturreted halloween event from a year or two back (the one where we played with those French mega-tanks), such as M3 Lee/Grant, T1/M6, Maus and related vehicles, KV-4, the Japanese Heavy line, the tier 7 Japanese medium that eludes me, as well as the possible implementation of T-35, SMK, T-100 (standard and Z variant) and the T-39.

This is going to be a terrible idea. Not necessarily because the idea is bad, but because WG will inevitably muck up the implementation and introduce cancer like they did with wheeled vehicles.

 Several factors kept us from implementing this mechanic in World of Tanks. First, its historical background: In real life double-barreled tanks rarely even reached the prototype stage. It was difficult to assemble a whole branch from existing historical vehicles.

 

Lol, since when did this stop a tank from getting implemented? Good joke WG.

What a loadpile of sh*t. There's literally tons of tanks with multiple turrets that could use this mechanics, and were built IRL. Instead, they choose to introduce one more fu**n blyat machine.

 

Devs in the video are saying BS and they're aware of it, they just cannot give a singular f**k about it anymore. I'm done, there's nothing that could save the game once this hit patch note. Also, we all know how brilliant the supertesters are, so this monstruosity will hit live server as-is....

I would like to see what sort of demographic research wg is using. who the fk are they trying to appeal to? add kids? this is getting clownier and clownier.

the "fantasy" is that your driving ww2 armor against others in TANK battles.

go carts, sci fi multi gun - hover craft - star wars speeders really fk up the illusion, ya know?

people tuning in to jingles and quicky at tank museums cant really dig this crap. I know I sure don't.

PLEASE make another game mode for the go go gadget crowd. clown cars, triple turrets, lazer sights drones.. anything goes. call it world of multifarious tanks,  otherwise this " we gotta do something new" business plan sucks.

We get stuff like this instead of viable tier 10 play that isn't doncoqueror or 279e spam.
