Yep.

I was able to play once this morning. But, after the 25 minute cool-down, I can't back into it.

I've submitted a support ticket (and I suggest that you and anyone else experiencing this issue do the same).

I'm currently running the "WGCheck Tool" as requested by CS. I think it'll create a report that I can send to CS for them to check. So the more players that can do it, the faster they can possibly find and correct the issue.

I played like two hours ago and everything worked fine though they were kind of hard for me (maybe because I wasn't on the generation who grew up playing these games, I grew up playing Super Nes and PS1, heh) but I just opened the game again a few minutes ago and I got the hang of it and got the 12 tickets, and once again the games ran without issue. Maybe I was fortunate to open them when they were fine and then when they fixed them? Who knows but you should try again to see if they work for you just like they did in my case.

Really? That is really weird, as I said I got the 12 tickets like 30 minutes ago and without any performance issues from part of the mini games section. ._.

Spoiler

So, after touching base with Customer Service, I was finally able to get back into the arcade game mode. They had me clear my APPDATA. After that, I was able to play one full and one partial game before getting booted for the day.

And, FYI, clearing the APPDATA apparently also reset many of my personal in-game settings. So, I had to go back in and set them back up. The most annoying of which was the graphics settings....and I think I'll still be changing them for the next week.

Spoiler

I also cannot play either of the mini-games. I can click on the tent from the garage, then on either of the arcade booths, but then the screen freezes on the spoilered image. I have no mods, opened the game in safe mode anyways, and $rm'ed caches from ~Library/Caches/com.codeweavers.worldoftanks.

I am on Mac with Mojave 10.14.4.

Not sure if it was indicated anywhere, but you have to use your keyboard.

For me, I can use my "Left" and "Right" arrow buttons to change view from side-to-side. Not sure if the "A" and "D" buttons do the same.

The "Up" and "Down" arrow buttons move the 'indicator' from "Start" to "Exit game" and vice-versa. Again, not sure if the "W" and "S" buttons do the same.

And, the "Enter" and "Space Bar" will not only select the option the 'indicator' is pointing, but they are also the "Fire" buttons in the "Tank Range" game.

I haven't played the other game, so I can't tell you what to use to control anything.
