     The Realm of Fallen Tanks from 2017 saw an innovative secondary weapon system that is the best I have ever seen. But then WarGaming never used it again. WarGaming would be wasting a lot of their own time and hard work if they don't use this. It would be pretty bad if you could use this to continuously blow off somebody's tracks, though, so maybe don't allow it to do that. But anyway, these secondary weapons have a lot of potential and should not be overlooked. They could help you out in desperate situations, like spotting an armored car in an SPG just after firing a shot, but that would only get you out if you are super skilled, so it is not OP at all. You're already doing dual gun tanks, and secondary weapons have been a long time coming, and have always been in the cards. Maybe secondary weapons could lock onto targets that the main gun isn't locked onto (Ctrl + Q). But for real, there are a lot of people who wanted this but never suggested it because they are convinced it will never be added, please consider.

The maus's little gun should be able to fire. It wouldn't do much but would have a tiny edge against Arty and wheelies 

Edit:it'd also buff the Japanese heavies a bit

The double AA gun on the IS-7 skin would make a good defense against cars.

I think there is a very easy way to get a multiple gun mechanic into the game for tanks such as the Lee, Grant, Char B1 and Churchill I. Have the smaller gun in the turret as the default so it behaves like an ordinary tank. Use siege mode though like the Swedish tank destroyers to switch to using the larger gun mounted in the hull. While using the hull mounted gun the turret can still be used too via the auto aim feature while you focus on manually aiming the main gun.

I think the secondary gun of smaller caliber and faster shell velocity ( coax machine gun) should be able to be used to nail those EBR's and bring balance back to the game and make light tanks relevant again!

Unfortunately 7.62mm MGs would do little even to light armour. Some tanks however had .50 cal or 20mm coaxial weapons which would be more useful against the armoured cars.
