So I have been watching all these guys (unicons) playing on twitch and youtube. Noticed one thing, their shots are straight as a arrow!!!! is like they don't miss at all.

they aim and shoot and the target gets hit by like some magic. they aim and shoot and their shots don't go way off, or go off to the left or right, their shots hit.

so as Im playing im noticing something, I can't hit my shots like they can. obviously they have had way more practice than me. But see i have tried to copy how some of these

unicons aim, but still my shots miss. I can't understand the physics of how your supposed to shoot in this game. a tank has an aim time of 2 seconds, I wait for the 2 seconds to aim and shoot but

my shots go way off into the sky or hit a rock or hit everything except for the target intended, What? . Even if i have a good crew and all that im supposed to have on a tank for it to shoot straight why is it that my shooting does not work the same way as these guys shooting do? Someone needs to explain how is it that your supposed to shoot in this game when no matter what you do it seems a tank is going to shoot anywhere and not where you aim. I know about dispersion, but when you get someone in twitch and youtube aiming like a god and you pick up the tank can't hit anything. I start wondering!!!

100% crews plus food are pretty broken when you compare them to anything under 100%.

There is no reason to count, not only would it be inaccurate (due to penalties like injured gunner, turret/hull movement, damaged gun) but it's simply easier to just wait for the circle to start shrinking and then fire when it has stopped

Silly guess, better crews?

I know my German medium crew has gotten substantially more accurate the more skills they get.

Confirmation bias on the behalf of the OP would be my guess.

gold rounds + all skills or perks by crew + purple equipment + food (consumables) + competitive tank + weak points knowledge + cold blod actitude = amazing aiming.

That's the guy who's always driving the top tier heavies on my teams. All of them, every game.

It may be confirmation bias. From what I see, unicums hit more because they fire more. This also naturally results in more "wow [edited]" shots. They also know how to play to maximise their hit chances. My experience in the actual game is that in terms of my expectations for what my tank can and can't bounce, they're generally met. It's relatively rare for someone to repeatedly pinpoint snipe my E-75's cupola for example if I'm trying except in certain circumstances. And when there's a tank that does have a big weakspot, both good and bad players are equally able to hit it. I don't use XVM so I can't say for sure who's better and who's worse, but some people clearly at least have reasonable - good skill, and they struggle to land the penning shots as much as anyone else (well, not as much as someone who doesn't know what to aim for and as long as I'm not showing them my UFP but you get the idea). Occasionaly you get players where I think something dodgey is going on but those are more like aimbot-rare than unicum-rare, just sayin.

Of course when you focus on your own experience you'll focus on the disappointing moments and the awesome moments, but not the moments when it's like "alright I expected that to hit and it did". When you're watching them, you're really going to remember the incredible shots. I think this probably accounts for what you feel to be the discrepency. Though there are definitely times when I feel like RNG just has it out for me too. Additionally remember when you're watching on youtube, people are typically uploading the cool games where they did awesome things and not the ones where they died in 2 minutes.

Keep in mind streamers generally don't post the THOUSANDS of crap games they have.

Most will play a long time before they get those magical games they post videos on.....but they too get crapped on regularly by the game mechanics.

eh, if you had the ability to "see" all the rounds that missed you..vs only getting an indicator when something actually hits...it'd probably change your perspective.

They miss often enough, the issue you might be having is watching videos they've posted because they had a really good game which usually means they hit a lot of their shots. I've seen a fair share of players like Skill, Lemmingrush,(not Circon, that guy hacks!;), etc. miss quite often but obvious they probably are better at hitting their targets than a tomato which is probably a reason why they are what they are and not tomatoes.

Perhaps it's the types of tanks you're playing. Are you watching tier 10 gameplay and expecting to get the same out of your tier 8s? Higher tiers generally have much better gun handling than lower tiers. I remember when I was just starting to play this game, my highest tier was 6, and I was amazed as to how people could even think about 'aiming for weakspots' when my entire aiming circle was as big as the enemy tanks. You can't expect to get the same gun performance as a tier 10 med out of a tier 8 med. Also, make sure you're picking all the skills and equipment necessary to improve that gun handling like vert stabs, smooth ride, snapshot, BIA, etc.

Highly trained crews, equipment, and premium consumables. It all adds up. The difference between playing with these things and without them is a large part of what makes them "better". Padding your stats with players who can't even see you unless they advance another 50-100 meters does not make you better than they are, it just makes you better equipped.
