Hate to be devils advocate here, but maybe if we gave them one dime more they could afford to route their service though someone different.

Their company makes tens of millions a year in profits.  They can afford it - they just treat us like a bunch of stupid hicks.

Maybe it's your connection, have you run a pingplotter assessment to see where the packet loss is happening?

In additional to running PingPlotter, run the WOT diagnostic tool.  You can turn the report over to WOT support.

Post your system specifications.

Telia... is where the issue will be. Run Ping Plotter an its a massive traffic jam when it hits them. Always has been in any game it doesn't matter what kind of server WG has its routed thru them its an issue.

Funny part is I don't have that issue an I play on the EU server which doesn't run a route thru Telia which is why I left NA.

Telia is the reason I had to stop playing on the NA server. 125 average ping I can cope with easily enough, 80% packet loss, not so much.

Ran PingPlotter - was having a consistent 5-10% packet loss with spikes up to 50% more more right at the last hop.
Blizzard(So Cal), CCP games(Iceland), EA games(Seattle I think), EU WoT server(Netherlands?) - all stable as a rock.

If they actually fix it and have a statement saying that they fixed it/admit they have been dropping the ball on this, then yes, I'll start playing on NA again.  But crashing over and over?  I'll just go play over on the EU server.
