It seems with each new event they make it all 4 or 5 times more complex to understand and participate than any sane person can justify.

Sometimes there is a code to enter the premium shop and sometimes not.

Sometimes the code system works and sometimes it doesn't.

The progress toward the reward is a labyrinth of multiple missions with tickets, tokens, points, certificates, tags.

Once you unlock some in-game XP reward it has some complex precondition such as: the first match after your first win of the day that you also win and are in the top 3 or 5 or 10 in damage or XP...

On the missions summaries it is a mess of huge tiles that aren't clear, may be interdependent and sometimes have a second layer of interface to get all the information.

There are narrow slot redemption periods for some rewards that many players miss.

Suggestions:

Get rid of the damned codes.

Make the mission tab a simple table with the following:

Precondition, objective, reward, time limits

Have a simple visual indicator by sequence of missions that lead to each other - indent perhaps

Have a progress bar for the objective if it is cumulative

Have a X of Y indicator if it is repeatable

Consolidate non-specific rewards onto a common currency such as bonds that can be accrued across events.

Have a user experience expert test your stuff before you release.

To all appearances WG has a very simple goal... kill the game by over complicating everything possible, discourage players from playing.

They have failed with me.

Codes make me feel like NOT spending money on their game.

Codes should only be used for very special events and Savenger Hunts, when they hold them.  Other than that, everyone should be allowed access just by logging in, if they want it.
