I'm in Taiwan
since 8/13 WOT lags like hell for me
My ISP is TAnet(Taiwan Academy Network)
I asked friends using other ISP, they don't have such problem
And I contact my ISP supplier, they say it's not their matter

So I use Hotspot Shield VPN, It helps a lot but still lags often and disconnected
It's not a perfect solution

I have save some PingPlotter Image
Could someone look what problem is this?
