FYI.  I think I have a work around (sort of) for the dirty Quit.  If you quit with option+command+Q, the game fully quits.  If you ESC to the menu and Exit/Quit that way it hangs. WGC quits with command+Q.

This has worked for me every time (3x at this point). Your millage may vary....

Please raise an Expert Support ticket with CodeWeavers as you should be able to use the [esc] method.

The AMD Radeon RX580 driver is native to the OS in 10.12.6  and up. No third party driver required.  I've considered updating to 10.14 to see if it's simply because no one QA'd against 10.13.x  I have the Sapphire PULSE RX 580 8G because it is the specific model Apple uses in Thunderbolt/PCI enclosures in support of eGPU developers. The PULSE RX 580 is part of their development efforts in that regard.

Apple has a short list of OS supported video cards here https://support.appl.../en-us/HT208898

I do not believe that there is a custom Apple graphics driver for the RX580 in macOS 10.12.

In case you did not know Apple creates custom AMD drivers for supported hardware in EACH macOS release.  Therefore a vendor-produced driver must be installed. I am not aware of Apple making those custom drivers available for older versions of macOS for which they were written.

Not sure if there will not be any issues with using a supported over Thunderbolt graphics card on an internal PCI bus running macOS prior to 10.14 due to the custom Apple AMD driver - but I suspect that there is a very high probability that it will.

You may want to consider installing macOS 10.14, WG Game Center Mac Wrapper only on an internal drive and boot from that drive to see if that resolves your issue.  Does not need to be a big drive [128GB min - 256GB recommended] but it does need to be at least 7200RPM [the 10000RPM Velociraptors are fantastic and seamlessly install in the original drive sledge [already tried on a Mac Pro at work].

If it does then evaluate whether installing macOS 10.14 makes sense for you in terms of any other app installed - OR - just boot from that drive and not worry.

I will continue to believe that the list of cards in the support link I posted is correct and that Apple has drivers for those specific GPU chip sets.

If my information is correct, the custom driver file is AMD9500Controller.kext in 10.12.6 and up.  That would be for the Polaris Family of GPU,  RX 460 -580.  In any event,  I have one running without installing 3rd party drivers so i'm oaky with that. :)

No worries - still recommend that you submit an Expert Support Ticket with CodeWeavers about the issue.

Im having 2 problems:

-If im playing and receive a phone call or FaceTime, the game freeze, so I have to kill the process and restart the game

-At the start of the battle, or sometimes while im playing, if I switch from other program (safari, music, mail) to the game or in the other direction, the game freeze.

Both problems starts after the last patch

Im running the game in the lowest configuration, in OS Catalina.

Imac 5K 27" 2017; 3.4 Ghz, 24GB ram, 4GB Radeon Pro 570

Please raise an Expert Support ticket with CodeWeavers.

Wargaming had CodeWeavers concentrate on getting the WG Game Center Mac Wrapper up-and-running immediately and to de-prioritize some issues - e.g., ability to replay a game.  Your issue may be one of those de-prioritized issues.
