So if you can't hurt allies anymore, why does it still disqualify you from High Calibre?

It's not an assumption. There is absolutely no way they could play this game in it's current state and think is ok

Likely because you're wasting ammo and likely being a ****, and you don't directly hit an ally on accident (on most occasions). I've had those times where right as I fired a Pz I C or a RHM PzWgn or an EBR drives in front of my shot at the precise moment to get hit by it.

Holy crap, Mr. Insulting, maybe the root core of your issue is your crap attitude?

Think about it.  No reason to be insulting, but you went there anyway, din't ya?

Good Day to You, Sir.

I COMPLETELY DISAGREE, so come up with a better rationale for continuing to play like a Crap Lord to your team mates.

How about that as a solution?

Owl it seems you just did what you called out one post before.

Assume its an oversight since WG has a history of not being particularly thorough in revisions.

Hell on the new FL map there repair circles halfway under buildings.

Point is play like team damage still exists an I don't see a problem.

I think I'm well within respectable behavior to call out the person making the insults and putting it right back where it belongs.

I don't have to be civil to folks unwilling to be civil at the very opening of their attacks.

'Nuff said on that.  There is no hypocrisy to call out someone in this manner when they are exactly guilty.  What else can you do?  I mean other than not respond?  I could have done that.  I think the traditional concept here is:

Challenge

Response

How about you make an argument instead of start insulting when you don't even know how I play? If they really want to teach us "discipline" they should have let us have team damage, not punish us for nothing.

I am NOT referring to your technical skill, which is not in dispute.  The Crap Lord comment is entirely and squarely directed at your attitude, which, by your own words, puts paid to my comment.

Thanks for playing!

.....or they simply forgot about it. *shrug*

This would be my guess. But, in looking at it, they would think the same about the gun control and bad driving. So, it will probably stay the same.

Holy chit captain obvious but what happens when you're at 5k dmg carrying a bunch of idiots and one of them blocks one of your rounds and messes up your medal. Lets reward shot blocking chitters the satisfaction of ruining the unicums awards. I'm not saying you're wrong. But you definitely aren't right.

There is NO "blocking" involved.  This is Rule #4 of firearm safety.  Always check your targets.  Do not fire unless you have a clear line of sight and what's behind it in case you miss.
You pull the trigger, it's on you at that point, no matter what happens.

And if someone does, what if he wastes his credits and is ruining his hit percentage (most important stat in this game ofc), you don't do any damage, you shouldn't be disqualified from getting a high caliber for something that literally does nothing.

High Caliber LITERALLY DOES NOTHING.

Isn't High Caliber a bond(s) award?

Your first mistake is thinking WG takes their work seriously enough to spend time on details.

This.  The devs were told to disable team dmg and that is ALL they did.  They probably didn't take the time to think about all the other rules that might be affected by such a change.

I work in software, I see this kind of thing all the time.

Also they didn't disable team stun, so toxic SPG players can still troll you... Thanks WG!  I do think overall the change has lowered the toxicity of the game though.
