Maybe they offer small and large watt light bulbs. You'd be better off buying a crew book.

I also am having issues, I got the update but all it has said all day is "The game cannot be launched at the moment" when I hover over the launch button. Its grayed out too so there isn't anything I can do, idk if they just haven't opened the server or whats going on.

Not going to happen. They found that they don't have the infrastructure to do this without expending a great deal of effort and time on their part. Building the needed infrastructure is so low on their priority list that is virtually nonexistent.
So when are you gonna put back the older maps into the random queue to make the map pool more diverse?
Also, might wanna put some more content into this patch
So i feel like my feedback and comments never really get heard but i hope this is one that does get passed along. I like the idea of making directives more accessible to the general WoT population. There are many things in this game that are biased towards certain players. Directives should not be. 20,000 credits for these directives are a fair price i feel as it is comparable to food and other premium consumables. However, I think people that have bonds should still be able to purchase directives for bonds. There are only a few things to spend bonds on and directives are one of them right now and should be moving forward. I am not saying make it one or the other. I know most players right now still remember premium ammo being available for both gold and credits. This meant people could choose whichever type of "payment" they preferred. I think that option should be made available for directives as well. Make them available for credits or bonds and have the player choose. This will make it accessible to all players but also reward those that have their hard earned bonds and want to spend it on something. I could go on for more arguments on the topic but i think i have put enough supporting thoughts to make my point.
TL;DR Make directives available to bonds and credits. Let the player choose.

there is a new button setting for the double-barreled tanks...LMB can be Salvo or Rapid Fire. however the actual tanks themselves are not there. those are the only things i cam across in my short time on CT today.
...and that "no codes needed"... that is a real slap in the face.thanks you ...well i dont need a strike.
Does this mean they are not ready to come out this update? Maybe?

Hmmm, Customer Support might be able to help you run some tech troubleshooting and hopefully figure out what's going on. Couldn't hurt to submit a ticket
If only directive worked how you would expect.

I submitted a ticket regarding this issue several days ago and haven't gotten a response yet.

+++++++++++1, 20K is ridiculous, that's the price of premium food wth, a skill for one battle is not worth that much at all, who's to say you even get to make full use of it, could die fast and early and it'd be wasted

They should put all the old maps or unfinished ones into Common test just to screw with people/let us test the maps
i would LOVE that and who actually cares, stats on CT don't matter
i hate how it says you cant participate in the test server after October 23 but you post this to let us know about the test on November 14th!!!>:O
ok i was looking in CT just now.in my directives slot,i can STILL use bonds to buy EQUIPMENT directives (6 types shown) CREW directives now only allow credit purchasing to resupply (9types shown).
upon opening the store area of garage...i see in "items for bond" a directives tab...which then shows the EQUIPMENT directives as bond-purchasable. then i go into "service" area and the directives tab there shows 9 types of CREW directives as credit-purchasable
so as it now stands...CREW directives will be credits only...EQUIPMENT directives will be bonds only. i never thought to do a deeper area search, and so JUST now saw this.
when the change comes through i would then ONLY use EQUIPMENT directives...i have a BOND_LOCK as a mod,so if i run out of already stashed ones,i have to UNLOCK to buy more. i have NO credit-lock,so i would only use CREW directives on a per-match basis and only use what i have gotten thru Merit Rewards.my credits will be used for more useful other items.
