WG Support Account issues

Good morning to all,

I decided to write a post today just to say thanks. I read a great volume of posts about WOT and WG on this forum, most critical and damning.

Today I'd like to help even that score.

I had a lousy situation with my account recently, something that was bothering me and not allowing me to play and achieve success out on the battlefield. So I had to contact WG support and submit a ticket for help.

Not only did they respond almost immediately,(within hours), but they had a solution for me that I could deal with.

They were prompt, courteous and professional, something that many say that have not found in dealing with customer support.

In a couple of days after a few more questions and answers, support was able to remedy my account, and I have been able to find my sought after success.

 

All in all, it has been a enjoyable experience, and I just wish to say thanks to WG and all who work there.

I realize that this post will open me up to all kinds of criticism, and mockery. You know what? I don't care. When something goes right, you give thanks. Why should I only post criticisms and whining.

Again, Thank you WG.

The games amazing.. The players are human... There are good and bad, toxic and friendly, mature and childish.. Nothing can be done about that aspect.
I have never had a issue with support. Somethings take time.. especially if its a strange game bug behavior thing.

I'm very happy for you and I too respect what WG offers. I am curious as to what the original problem was with your account, you make it sound strange or ominous. How can an "Account situation" effect "Battlefield success?" I don't mean to pick, I'm just noisy....

Here's some mockery and criticism to fulfill your expectations but I too had a good result from contacting WG about a problem. To second the motion: Amen, brother.:)

I've had good luck with tech support , never a problem.

 

I've seen a lot of players here that just won't accept the problem could be on their end, they come here seeking help from the forums and from support , but then won't try what is being offered on fixes.

Hey there, no real mystery. Just had some technical issues involving a new rig, and Windows 10 that resulted in bad lag, computer crashes. Ultimately tho after I remedies my hardware, I realized just how bad my game was.  My stats had suffered thru so many bad battles. So since I had just started, and had less than 200 games played, I asked for a wipe of my account. They credited me all my premium vehicles, plus some of my equipment purchases. So now I'm starting from scratch. And 30 games in, I'm happy with my game again.

That's really good to hear, I truly believe WG tries. Putting a game together like this can't be easy.

Great to hear something positive. Happy customers usually dont make any noise. Unhappy customers are the squeaky wheel we all hear.
