Earning Blueprints...

Is there no rhyme or reason? I've been trying for weeks to get Italian and French blueprints and nada. I have been concentrating my play with vehicles from these lines, and I earn Blueprints for other Countries....IMHO there should be a correlation between the two. Mini rant over, peace out, WC.

The blueprints are completely random. You will get a blueprint for a specific vehicle if you haven't researched it yet. If you get a blueprint drop for a vehicle that you already have it changes to a national blueprint. If you get a blueprint for a vehicle that you already have and you have completed all the vehicles for that nation it then changes to a universal.

 

Again, they are completely random.

The blueprints are TOO random. I got so many universals(226) and no nationals. The only nationals I do have, are for tech trees that I've finished completely so cannot use them. </3 Would like it if WG added some sort of trade/shuffle/market mechanic with the blueprint system.

I don't think this is accurate. I've seen people complaining about getting national BP's even though they' don't have any tanks left to research in those nations. I think everything about it is entirely random.

yes, there is no reason behind the drop rates

your statement is completely wrong you get BP for each tank if you have all the BP to a tank it turns into a universal BP

honestly, this would be nice if there was a trading system between friends or a cash-in option

Yeah, I have the Czech line completely researched yet I have 36 Czech blueprints.  I think they came from some contest with the Skoda T27, but that was AFTER I had already researched the entire line.  To nuclearguy's point, that would have made them all turn into Universals.   Or maybe that's only on a random drop vs a contest.  I just hope WoT creates another Czech branch so I can actually use them.

The blueprint system sucks. way to hard to get to the next tier tank now.

National blueprints will now be ran through the "anonymizer" so poor performing nations won't be picked on.
