Bigger than the TOGII, why not add this giant to game?
Imagine having a crew of 12
10 to push it
Commander to do everything important
A guy to steer
Arty would eat that thing alive.
Still, it would be neat to see that French giant brought into the game! I could see it as a tier 4-5 premium, depending on how good the main gun is. Apparently, the fire rate of the gun could reach up to 30 rounds a minute (as a field gun)....insanity. That fire rate reminds me of the little derp gun on the I-Go/Chi-Ro....except this thing would be much bigger.

Evidently it mounted a 75mm main gun and 4 Hotchkiss machine guns for anti-infantry

I looked up the main gun that the Char has, and it looks to be pretty effective. Old though....1897. Still, the fact that it could reach 30 rounds a minute with a highly trained crew is impressive. Imagine this beast bearing down on you, firing HE shells every 2 seconds. THAT is scary.

I can't see it being viable as a tier 5. They are very big, not so well armoured and equipped with a lower velocity 75mm gun. All the other tier 5 heavies would eat it for breakfast. There was some talk of upgrading them with 90mm or 105mm guns, but even then I think it has to be kept at tier 4.
It might be viable at Tier IV with a 75mm low velocity HE derp gun. However, being as large as it was with such boor armor, it would just be a snack for most tier IVs and probably at least a 1/3 of the tier IIIs.
The real sad thing about this tank is that even though it was over 60 (!) tons it had less armor than some WW2 light tanks!
That thing would have barely been competitive in WWI, let alone WWII!
