My question is simple.  When you play do you always use the top speed when jetting around or use the normal speed.  The reason I ask is I am amazed at how well these guys move and avoid hits and I have an EBR but never avoid the shots these guys do.  Sure wish I could find a school where those green level guys would teach a monkey like me :-)

I upshift and downshift more than a racecar driver.

I would tell you what I do but since you asked for "green" players I'll let them tell you...

XVM rates me a yellow

I usually drive in Full Speed Mode unless I am in a tight situation, and I have to make a quick U-Turn or something. I tend to just drive in Full Speed and let off the W Key if I need to take a tighter turn. You can also hold down the A or S key and hold W for a couple seconds and the get on it again to keep your speed and turn in a circle. Stuff you probably know, but its how I play. The EBR fits my play style really well because I am very aware, so I usually play it in Clan Wars/Advances.

I run almost exclusively at full speed except when turning, which I do quite often, at which time I switch to get that sick turn radius. also range, hitting wheels is easy at ranges under 200m so keep your distance while still being able to spot them. also abuse terrain ducking behind hills and whatnot.

Don't forget that going out of turbo mode lets you turn tighter, so I remapped the switch mode key to one I can hit very easily - then tap, turn, tap...

Basically yes, always full speed unless there's a specific reason to slow down.

rebind the key to low the wheels so you can turn while you press it, i recomend you to enlarge the map and count in your head the reloading time so you know from where they are shooting you, more or less when and you can figure out the best path to avoid shots using structures or geography as cover, add random turns for extra protection (not too long or you will lose too much speed) and never wait for the 6th sense to trigger to stop moving in a straigh line, in 3 seconds the meds can kill you, at least in advances and CW, with experience you will know when you should get spoted.

You can use your space bar to power slide.  Helps a lot when taking corners at speed.  Goof around with it in a training room.  Won't take long to get the hang of it.

It is all dependent on terrain and what I am trying to accomplish really. I will switch between both modes so I can get out of an area quick and turn sharp if I have people shooting at me. Really it is dependent on the situation. However, staying in "turbo mode" at all times is not the best way to play the EBR. Use both modes
