Ticket system throws me an error no matter what I do - help please?

Hi people,

 

I have not played in some time, changed phone number for the first time in 22 years and forgot about my authenticator on my old phone.

I log in to my account using backup codes np. - Problem I have is I cannot change the two factor authentication which I no longer have access to nor can I change the associated phone number as both requires SMS verification to my old phone number I no longer possess.

No matter what I do I cannot get the support tickets to recover the account either. Does not matter which browser I use, extensions or no extensions, tried for a week now so not a timing issue either and no special characters has been used to throw the error but I keep getting: "Sorry, we are having technical issues at the moment. Please try again later"

 

So I have no chance of contacting Wargaming as they only accept ticket contact?? any help would be appreciated but as I am running out of backup codes fast I will soon be completely locked out. If anyone would be nice enough to perhaps contact wargaming directing them to this post I would be very grateful, thank you!

Tried this and thank you but it throws me the same errors.
