A couple of little things...

 

Make it so damage dealt from someone else's spotting counts as assist damage and not raw damage. If you cannot see them you are assisting someone else by dealing damage and do not deserve the same rewards for that damage as someone else that is risking themselves.

 

Under the team score add categories for damage blocked and assist damage, set the default categorization to default based on the tank taken into battle, so a type 4 would default to damage blocks, all lights to assist damage, RHM.-B.WT would be assist damage etc.. . It is a psychological thing that will help players focus more on that than just on raw damage dealt or kills but on actually playing to their role as much as possible.

 

On steel wall get rid of the must survive the battle or add that to high caliber, tank sniper, Top gun, patrol duty, scout and the rest.

 

On the summary screen post the battle heroes awards and quit posting the other categories.

If you are truly assisting someone than you are not getting the same reward as if you spotting for yourself. You certainly get the damage numbers but the experience earned on the damage dealt is split with the person spotting.
