I am thinking about picking up one of them, I have the Mod 1 but the gun is derpy and the appeal of the t44-100 is that the gun is supposed to be dramatically better , along with mobility. The TL1 on the other hand would be a lot faster than my super pershing, and having a decent turret and better gun. Not really for crew training but overall fun in random battles, FL ect

T-44-100 is one of the best all round tanks in the entire game.  Good at everything.  Played 1400 battles in it.

Don't own the TL-1 LPC.

Ditto the T-44-100 fame, but all vehicles can be fun in their own way.....

Haven't Driven the 44/100 but I would like one eventually, but, I do have the LPC and I like it alot....

Plays similar to the Brit Tanks since the Turret is quite Workable, and the Cupola is Smaller than Most American Tanks that have it....      Good Mobility and the Gun is Very Nice, plus the Higher Damage per Shell puts it Head amd Shoulders above most in it's Class....     Add to that 285 Pen HEAT Shells, and you can Level the Playing Field when it's Not.....     Gun Depression is a Tad Shy of 10*, but still Quite Usable....

Personally, Indon't think you can go Wrong with either Tank to be Honest....      Or Both if you have the Disposable Cash on hand....     Also, the LPC has a BiA Crew out of the Gate....

T-44-100 is significantly better.  Get that first.

Good point about the BIA crew, that is certainly a plus.

Both tanks are excellent so one consideration should be whether you play US or Russian tech tree tanks more often.

I play both nations’ tanks and have both premiums. My stats in the LPC are significantly better, but that’s deceptive.  I got the T-44-100 a while back but my skills have improved since and the recent intro of the LPC benefited from that.

I don’t think you can go wrong.

One thing to note is the the TL1 only works as a crew trainer for the m48 patton due to its 4 man layout.

Came from console where the Type 59 is not a rarity. Given that I'll most likely never see it for sale here, I'm thinking the T-44-100 is the next best bet.

Quite a pricey tank nevertheless.

I have more battles in the T-44-100 and love it.  The TL1 is a solid addition to the American medium line.  I would personally go for the T-44-100.

I never enjoyed russian mediums so the T44-100 doesn't interest me, the TL1 on the other hand looks amazing from what I've seen.

T-44-100 = Russian, the answer is obvious :B

It's fast, with weird angles that bounce almost always and Pretty :girl:

If you can buy it, do it, because it's not for sale very often, it worth it!

TL-1 is a hull down tank with a commanders hatch that is pretty small but still hittable at close range it has amazing dpm and nice alpha and the same mobility as the m48.

T44100 has great hp/t and a decent top speed and a gun with 250 alpha but a bit lack luster standard pen but its prem makes up for it.  It also has amazing gun handeling and enough armour to bounce a decent few shots but bot to be relied on unless fighting tier 6's

I purchased both, the TL1 is a fantastic little tank. Workable turret armor that is respectable at its own tier, a good gun with satisfying alpha and heat pen. The T-44-100 is also a gem, plays just like the fully upgraded T44, it feels like the soft stats on this tank are extremely good. The tank glides around and the gun feels like it will b reliable to hit weak spots and snap people on the move. Overall I am pretty happy in the few games I have with them.

Thank you to all who have given me insight into these tanks :honoring:

The TL1 is a solid performer and a good all round tank, the t-44-100 is basically a tier 8.5 tank and is just easy to play because its really good. You can see the differences in the way the T-44-100 costs $20 more than the M48A2 Räumpanzer. All t8 prems are not created equal, not even an attempt to spread around the benefits and plus points.

Edit, oh the TL1 crew is a zero perk one which is great but the special Offspring voiceovers are so incredibly annoying I had to mod over them.

I've seen a 44-100 dominate a battle. Not so much the TL-1. I did a side-by-side last night and the TL-1 is pretty decent...except for the OffSpring thing. Not my cup of tea. Now if it was AC/DC, that be a different story. Cha-ching!

Don't have the TL1. I love the T-44-100. It's just so comfortable to play. Mobility and gun handling are excellent.

Picked up the T-44-100.

5 games last night before I had quit.  2846 WN8, no regrets.

Well I know I could have bought the Russian tier 8.5 tank. But I bought the Offspring tank instead, despite only being an above average tier 8 premium. That's okay man because I like the low performance abuse. I know WG's playing with me, that's okay 'cause I got no self-esteem. Oh heyo, yeah, yeah

Well I guess I should stick up for my bank account but I really think it's better this way; the more you pay, the more it shows you really care. Right? Yeah!

(also I already have the T-54 mod.1 and paying cash for another T8 Russian medium seemed absurd, but maybe next xmas I might get her for gold who knows? I may be dumb but I'm not a dweeb; this might the the only time I get to buy the TL1 basic bundle with the Offspring crew & 3D camo included)
