Leopard 2A4 Commander, 4 years now. Singapore Armed Forces. 2nd Sergeant (Equivalent rank in other forces would be Sergeant 2nd Class).
Love tanks, always will. However, as you can probably tell, no actual combat experience. :P

Singapore's military has always been kindof secretive about its tanks. Never entirely sure how many AMX-13s and Centurions they had...

19K with the 3rd ID and 3rd ACR from '90-93. I still miss cranking up the engine; it reminded me of the Batmobile powering up from the 60's TV show.

Got my Air Assault wings during my stint at Ft Campbell.

Toujours Pret, OldTop. Added you. Would be an honor to fight at your sprocket.
Wierd, this guy.
We were in the SAME unit overseas.
He was there about 6-8 years after me.
At the time, "H" Co, was the Tank Company.
Troopers (grunts in M-113's) were assigned to Troops.
We were also the 1st tankers to wear Black berets.
I enlisted right out of HS in 1971.
TANKS !
We had heard about the new tank called the M1.
Never got to see one.
I also felt bad for the guys that crewed the Sheridans. Watching that thing almost flip on it's back from the recoil of a REAL derp gun.
