High expectations based on 703-II which is loads of fun..  However, ST-II is a massive 6mil turd.  Turtle speed.  MEDs swam it.  No pen.  Misses.  Terrible pen.  No armor.  Why is this tier 10?  The 703 is just as good.

tbh the ST-II is a well balanced tier 10.

not op at all, but not too bad.

hope your luck improves.

It has the same armor layout as the ST-I, which holds fine even on tier 10 games, gold pen is a lie, but it's not really a bad machine, gun handling is excellent and it hits reasonably hard, compared to the IS-3-II is a lot more reliable when not hulldown.

Moving from one tier to another can be disappointing.  Try going from the T30 to the T110e4.  Your play style might be more adapted to the tier nine.

Zero pens on a 430u last game.  8 bounces off of a 430u. All heat and ap bounced off the sides and lower front plate.  430u had no trouble penning St II with standards.  Not good.  I've played a game or two if you do your lookin'.

Tier 10 publics aren't fun btw.  Too much camping.
