Well, that depends, as long as you can buy it back at any time in the "recover vehicle"  in the garage it's just free credits. I have 64 premiums that I've turned into credits (that's a lot of credits). They aren't "gone", I can buy them back with silver at any time I want. Not all at once of course... but as long as I have about 2.5 million silver or so in the bank I can buy back any one of them that I want at any time that I want. If I don't want to play it anymore I just sell it again and buy something else in there with the same 2.5 million... I wouldn't have even half the Tier X tanks I have if I didn't sell all my premiums.

... again... if it's available to repurchase with silver at any time... no expiration... gotta watch out for that.

Made me realize how many premiums I have laying around that I'll never ever play. Sold a few (mostly low tier) and now I have another 4 million credits to use on the sales this weekend :)

I will just suffer and keep all of my vehicles, regardless of what they are to include that scumbag wheeled vehicle we got for Christmas.

I think you can still send in a ticket to restore the ones not in the depot.

Sitting on 549 tanks here, 146 of them premium, no intention of selling any of them.

All are unlimited just not in your recovery depot. You can at any time with same amount of silver go to support and do a VRT ticket and within 3 hours typically its back in your garage. The only Prem you cant buy back with any method besides buying it again at full price is if you make the mistake of using it as a trade-in.

I don't sell premium vehicles.  Then again, I don't need credits - I just spent 12m on consumables and equipment and I've still got over 250m credits.  Not only do I have a lot of credits, but I already have every tier 10 tank available to buy in the game so I don't really have much to spend the credits on.

I have 138 premiums and 11 reward tanks and I'll still consider any new premiums offered.

Any tier tank or high tier only? so i could sell my Tier 2 & Tier 3 premiums and be able to recover them back at any time with credits?

Not that i want to i just never knew there was basically zero reason to not sell gift tanks aka "free garage slot"s

Any tier tank. If it isn't for sale on the tech tree you can buy it back anytime from the garage. I would just recommend to always double check the recover vehicle tab after you sell it and make sure it doesn't have an expiration on the buy back.

I enjoy a lot of your posts 24, but this post is just so illogical.

1. If you have so many premiums then why do you have credit problems?

2. Premiums are used to make credits, selling them limits your ability to make credits.

3. Selling premiums only means that you are going to get them back from other rewards and Christmas boxes instead of something better

4. Selling a good premium might mean that you can't get it back later - the buy back program only lasts so long yes?

It just doesn't make any sense. You just posted either yesterday or today that you are even thinking of selling some tier tens because they simply aren't worth playing anymore. Now you are talking about selling premium tanks for credits when all you have to do is play them for credits. Not sure what is going on with you, maybe staying at home is affecting you?

I don't sell premium tanks either... I spent 40 million on consumables and equipment with this 50% off sale, and though I only have 14m credits left over, I'm not worried about it... I have 5000+ of each the large repair kit, large med kit and automatic fire extinguisher in my depot all purchased at 50% off (10k credits each); if I need credits, I just sell some of them for the same price I paid (selling when they're not on sale, of course). With my current stocks, I can raise 120m credits in no time and still have 1000+ of each consumable...

OP

I do the same thing.  I have several of each class at tier 8 on certain vehicles and they act as an emergency fund for me.  Especially during the holiday event, I can sell a few prem's, bank credits to get tier X's at discount then grind credits and have it all back in a few nights, or longer, but then it's on MY schedule and I'm not feeling pressured to 'get it back' immediately.

Sure, it's a LITERAL credit loss - but I see it as nothing more than a few evenings of my time.  That's a paradigm shift.  I can pop boosters, run stronks using only the credit-makers and I'll be back in the green in no time.  I call it my 'savings plan'.

I have disposable time and income.  I'd rather spend just the time when possible.

:honoring:

For me the idea of not selling tanks is to get gold compensation if somehow I win the tank again. This is especially true during the chirstmas lootbox period.

I'm right with you. I have 118 premium tanks and 69 tech tree tanks. And I am thinking of selling even more tech tree tanks. I have 5 tier ten tanks that I have not bothered to buy that are completely unlocked. Why? It's because I simply don't see the point of playing tier ten anymore. Actually I simply don't see the point of playing tech tree tanks anymore. Many premiums are simply better, more fun, or so similar that there is not much point not to play the premium instead. And most likely, unless they put something great for bonds I will most likely just buy equipment with my bonds. Heck i don't even really care about bonds either since I really don't care about tier ten.

Hey wargaming, what is the point of your game if tier ten simply isn't worth playing anymore for the average player? Yeah, that's your game right now.

I feel that way about tier ten, but not the game.  I still find enjoyment elsewhere in other tiers...  but I ABSOLUTELY agree with you about tier X.

When the 'meta' is Chieftain/907/279(e)/EBR, and 3/4 are reward vehicles, while the other is a turn-on-a-dime monster 'supposedly' getting nerfed... it removed my fun from ANY tier X org play.

Isn't there a limit on the number you can buy back each year and also a time limit on the amount of time you have before they are gone?

BTW - I have 117 premiums, only one I ever sold for credits was the M3 Stuart when I started, I bought it back once I found out I could.
