I have never seen so many players drown themselves in one day.  Like every two games there are some players drowning themselves.  Every time I’m on live oaks, there is one even two players drowning themselves in the pool beside track. What is happening? Bots?

Its a weird phenomenon.

The players that drown themselves, it is the only time they will press their  W key in a battle.

welcome to a rng based game where you get a team of idiots.. sometimes its just faster to end it yourself. besides when you tell idiots how to win the game and they tell you.. no I play the way I want.. well so do the suiciders.. if idiots can be dumb and get farmed then players are also allowed to kill themselves so they can't be farmed because of an idiot team. its the way they want to play so its fine just like when idiots hide behind mountains instead of shooting spotted tanks stunned in the open.

just not enough reason to give them damage and kills for their missions or stats when you yourself don't care about the same at the end when the battle is a loss.

It's because WG FAILS to enforce it's rules.

Send in a report for physics abuse with a replay.

It's weird - you'd think they'd at least YOLO and maybe pick up some points for spotting, right?  :hiding:

I hope you are not advocating for people drowning their tanks.

That behavior in game is both reportable as unsportsman like + physics abuse and against the EULA.

Part of it has to do with people using xvm deciding that it was a loss before playing and the rest were just idiots that can't drive a pixel tank for worth a damn. High tiers lately have been horrendous with rivers of 43-45%.

what rule should they be enforcing in this case? and how do you propose they enforce a drowning rule?

Mandatory life jackets on all tanks.  They just float there until either they get shot or the match ends.....

i dont get it either....there are so many crappy players in this game ive come to prefer playing on the SA server as the bots are mroe useful than majority of players on the NA server...i have a feeling its kids as ever since this Covid thing started and kids were out of school the groups have been at the worst they've been in a long time so maybe the answer for me is to take a break untilt eh next school year as its extremely frustrating the boneheaded decisions people out here make i just cant wrap my head around such rubbishness.

if you drown more than once in a 24 hour period it should be 1/2 the cost of the tank to repair it.

So many issues that are needing attention in Wot and you cry about those who do not want to give up a kill point to the other side.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

As opposed to the whole cost...DUH!!

And what about all the others that camp spawn

Launch into games AFK or hide somewhere and go AFK

or those that dont play and just sit and camp waiting for the other side to approach before shooting

How about scouts that decide to be snipers and not scout at all?

Where do you draw the line??

There are already report measures in place, in game, already.

 Get over it!

well, my 2 cents worth so you want a be fools can rant all you want.   WG has screw so many players over to satisfy wallet warriors that they longer give a crap.  Once they see it is another rigged loss they no longer want to waste their time helping WG earn their dis honest dollar. I for one do not blame players for drowning in a unwinnable loss.  you call it un-sportsmanship but then it is also not wasting ones time.  Thumbs up to them.

I accidentally drowned twice yesterday. Once on Live Oaks in my tog trying to take a shortcut across the swamp trying to get to red cap to farm some more damage. I didn't know the swamp was so deep. The other was when I backed off the edge of the center road on Lakeville when trying to get safe. Neither was intentional. Several times in the past I have tried out new things on maps and ended up drowning (tried to cross from the island on abbey to the other side of the river a couple of times). I'm glad I didn't get punished for stupid mistakes or trying to learn the maps.
