How do you make your live broadcast and replay play "smoothly"?

I just realize that the replays of my recent TwitchTV streams, World of Tanks and World of Warships, are stuttering.

How do you guys/gals make the live stream and replay (video playback) not stutter?

Do the playback of the replays stutter because of my current Internet connection? Watching some YouTube as well as on other video streaming sites are just fine, not stuttering.
