Yeah, it’s about high time for some more window dressing around here.
Krazy, please send them a pack of sparklers on my behalf, it’ll keep them entranced for days on end, and ultimately, out of trouble. I’ll PayPal you the $3.50 CAD....

I was seriously waiting for this to be a permanent feature from last year, but being able to turn them off feels like they're unsure about it though.
what's wrong with some harmless customization added to the game? Do really players that feel attacked from dog tags exists?

Exactly what I was going to say. I wanted to make the same one from the past year, It was not a "funny" one, more like an edgy one lol (but I still wanted it).

I hope the WG team didn't waste too much time on this, as most players are going to turn it off immediately.

I was feeling the same way. I hope they add all of the options from the last time we had this. really liked the more fun options they gave us. at least they're acknowledging some of our past feats to count towards some of the dedication dog tag requirements. hope the triumph ones are also accepting of past accomplishments.

Y'all, just like the veterans day gig, can thank vets and.  Current service members, remember when you die in battle, one gets kicked between your buck teeth and the other tied around your right big toe, enjoy!

Just more Swag just like going to a conference and getting 200 plus pens but at least you can use a pen.

No one feels attacked from these dog tags. No one ever said that. What some are saying is that there are numerous core aspects of this game that have issues, that if given some appropriate attention would cease to be issues.

This idea that players want to see who killed them and their info is generated from where? When I get killed the first thing I want to do is either go back to garage right away (90% of the time), or look at my team's position....trying to understand what could have been done better (should do this more).

Only thing more annoying than the dog tags (that can be turned off) but is in close race is the chat that often degrades to players calling the team names (also can be turned off).

***Point being- wargaming, could instead of the dog tags, use resources to bring more players into the game or make the adjustments that players are asking for to retain the player base.

Dog Tags showing ones (e.g.) skill, feels a but contradictory with the anonymizer. Yes, your name will be 'randomized', but the skill (in this example) is still shown on the tag.

By default, Dog Tags of destroyed opponents will pop up in the lower right corner of your screen during battles.”

You mean...right where our minimap is? wth? Do we seriously have to point out the clueless inanity involved in this decision?

One more thing no one wanted, where you could have spent time working on maps or balancing the game.

People like a cry and whine about fun little extras that can be toggled off/on.

Seriously, why the all the rage?

Great, Did not want it the first time so you bring it back.  How about doing something we want, like not having tank barrels go through buildings.  That changes the ability of an enemy tank to come around the corner with the tube already aimed at me, because it was aimed though the building.    BAD move.  How do I disable the dogtags?
