Wore them long enough when they meant something, even laced them in my boots. But that was over 65y years ago. The next tag will be in the garden of stones.:harp:

Very happy to see you can toggle them off!

I would also suggest restudying the feedback here in the forum.

The forum is not a reliable source. In game surveys are way more useful.

Only when they ask the relevant questions ...

but WG frequently goes to great lengths to avoid asking those questions ...

because they don't like the answers they get.

Toggled them off and they still pop up. Why would you bring this back? I wanna flip out on how stupid of an addition this is but I'll just leave it at this: Stop trying to be COD. You aren't. Find other ways to slip cosmetic micro transactions in. Dog tags are stupid and copycat. I'll check back around christmas to see if you removed them but i'm not playing this game if they are in it.

I have dog tags turned off but guess what they still show up after every battle. Imagine that something WG does messed up.

They do not ask pertinent questions so how can you say in game surveys are useful?

I guess it depends on how happy you are with the product as to whether you find the questions pertinent. I like the dog tags and they are already a part of the game, so putting them in permanently is not wasting development time at this point. And you can turn them off if you are a delicate snowflake.;)

Please fix it so when we DON'T have "Display Dog Tag after your vehicle is destroyed" checked, the dog tag WON'T display.  What is the point of letting us un-check the box if it's still going to display?

Do they even test this stuff before they release it?

Just one person's POV, but I really don't like this feature.   As a relatively new player (~650 games), I really don't need to have someone's dog tags shoved in my face every time I get killed.  I find it very insulting and it doesn't create a helpful environment in which to learn.   Chat is toxic enough, but this is just too much IMHO.   And I've turned off this "feature" several times in the options menu.   Really frustrating.

They can be toggled off folks. :)

Needs a tune.

Except the toggle doesn't work.  Which is typical WG.

Except turning them off doesn't actually turn them off.
