the is-4 just got buffed not the is7

Pound for pound, the IS-7 and OBJ 277 are not really either/or, but complement one another. I dont want more than one or two tier X, which i also have the 277, but I am starting to think the IS4/IS7 complete the 277 story if that makes sense.
