For those who are wondering why some people are up in arms about this, here's the deal (which happened in May 2019).  The information you can read from the new link was that if you linked Twitch and your WG account, and had or purchased Prime (I had it already), you got a King Tiger II ©.  As you see in the news link, you got to keep is as long as you had those prerequisites.  The other part, that you don't see, was a notice on Twitch that you got to keep the tank for good if Twitch/Amazon and WG severed their relationship.  I just got a new package, so I guess they've not severed the relationship (yet).

 

So...

• I've kept Prime
• I've kept my Twitch (although suspiciously they keep getting unlinked)
• I don't see a KTII© in my garage

 

In the United States, I believe that's called 'bait and switch', where you promise something and then remove it later.  I also believe it's illegal in all 50 states.

What federal agency would we take this matter to?

WarGaming has recently taken back all of the tanks and is selling them back to players. This is an explicit violation of the original terms of the product, and reflects poorly on Amazon Prime. I think it will cause players to cancel their Prime subscriptions, and I hope Amazon will force WarGaming to do the right thing and honor the original terms.

And here you are wrong, the only way the King Tiger © showed up in your carousel was if you had show rentals turned on, you must be misremembering if you think otherwise. Search the forums and you'll find all sorts of threads where players could not find it when it first came out where they were told to turn ON rentals to see it.

Why does your support tell me that I do not get access to the offer even though it says all played who had it through prime would be able to buy it?

My prime gaming account conveniently unlinked itself from world of tanks - and only this game - without my action a couple months ago. I had my accounts linked since May 2019, yet I could never unlink and then re-link them. Even now, whenever I go to the WG account management and click unlink it just turns the whole screen grey and does nothing else. 

 

And now I can't purchase the captured king tiger because it wasn't in my account on the date of removal, even though I got 12 tokens from owning it. But I've collected the Starlight and Queen Maeve Kits. Well done.

hmm, so I'm just now seeing this whole thing.  Is it too late to nab that bundle, or is it gone? also, how do i know what i got, since i didn't end up choosing anything, on account of i was unaware of this happening?
