I was wondering to what extent is a vehicle's module damage affected by RNG? Is it +/-25% like everything else? Asking because my ammo rack in my 113 was yellowed (module health ≤ 50%) by a grille 15 (203 module damage according to tanks gg) in a single shot even though my tank had modified configuration in the survivability slot (240 ammo health stock, 600 with mod-config, safe stowage not available yet), and if those values and the RNG range are correct that should not have been possible as the maximum module damage roll of the grille 15 is 253.75. Otherwise battle was pretty bad performance-wise

You can't be sure that the Grille's module damage is 203 as you got it from a third-party site that is not affiliated with Wargaming itself. Even if it actually is, though, the Grille player could have had the deadeye perk which increases module damage.

I can't find any evidence of Deadeye increasing module damage. Everything I read says it increases the chance that an affected module will take damage, not the damage itself. Ammunition has a 27% chance to take damage when hit normally, but 30% when the opponent has Deadeye.
