I think there should be some kind of XP compensation for being bottom tier, at least for being 2 tiers down, it doesn't have to be a big bonus, maybe like 5% - 10% for your tier 5 having to fight tier 7s and so on. This way when players are bottom tier they will be more likely to consider the match and try to win instead of just spamming and dying right away.

Pretty sure this already kind of exists.

You get a 10% bonus to XP for each tier higher the enemy vehicle is than yours.

You already get an xp bonus for damaging/destroying higher tier vehicles. No point.

Well, it seems like Wargaming thought of this first, thanks for pointing it out, now I will appreciate it more!
