I moved a crew to a new tank to run for a bit. When i moved them back to the original tank, I have to retrain them on the original tank. If they were 100% on that tank, why do i have to retrain them. Did they forget their training? If you move a crew and then return them to a tank, i think they should keep their original training level on that tank.

you have a point there but in this game they will see that tank as a new tank so they must get use to it once more

Best regards

It'd be aggrevating, sure, but that's how the game is structured.  Lesson learned, no?  Next time just hire a new crew to test out the tank and throw them away when ready since they cost nothing.

Wouldn't mind seeing it changed though.

Well, i am assuming that these battles are sped up, as a real tank battle would take hours or days, not 15 mins tops :P  So if it takes 75 battles to train from 90% to 100%, that is probably a good 6months to over a year without being in the other tank.  Sure, your skill wouldn't drop to 50 or75%, but it surely wouldn't be what it was.  It would take a few battles to get used to it again and eventually become 100% proficient.
