Whats going to be happening to these "zero skill" crews in the future?

 

Currently not only do zero skill crews have one free skill but they have the added bonus of that skill not counting against the development of other skills. Thats 2 bonuses people are paying for.

 

Crew 2.0 sandbox brushed off this value with very little compensation. Has Minsk said anything on improving the return on peoples investment on the roll out of Crew 2.1? What date have they given?

They haven't. There isn't one (yet).
