I recently maxed out the BP points on the Polish version of the Rudy. For giggles, I switched it over the Russian crew and low and behold, back to 0/100

Thanks, This is good to know!
There really should be a few more multi-national tanks. They added the functionality, they should make use of it.
SCREECHING EXPLOIT! This is worse than the T-22 scandal!!!!
Nice find I always enjoy the outside the box thinkers. But brings to mind why did WG abandon the multiple nation switch? There a a few tanks that would of qualified. I read it was lack of player interest but come on one tank an the little played Rudy at that.

This potentially could be a whole other revenue stream.
The tanks are already in the game but could be opened up to play for more than one nation.
The Germans invaded Poland using Czech tanks, then rebranded French tanks once they took those.
There are even examples of Germans using American M4's.
We already have the Pudel, a panzer with a Polish crew, Chinese versions of Russian tanks and British versions of American tanks.
Why not do this?

The real questions is: if you put the Polish crew back into it now, does that go back to 0/100 also?

2 points;
1. Dual nation turned out to not be a good revenue stream which is why it hasn't been pursued to date.
2. Those examples you quote aren't what dual-nation is about. The concept is to realign tanks which have appeared in a nations techtree when they belong with another nation. Rudy was initially introduced into the USSR tree long before the Polish tree was introduced. The dual-nation idea was to allow players to realign their USSR Rudy to the Polish nation. Other similar tanks are teh LeFH which is in the French tree but should be a German SPG.
It baffles me why they put all the development work into having a single dual-nationality tank in the game and then quit on the concept.
They could have just moved the Rudy to the Polish nation and given everyone who had the Soviet one a one-time available "T-34-85R" tank with the same stats.

This would have become a super rare vehicle which they could have then sold on the Black Market in 2 years for mega gold or credits.
Missed opportunity WeeGee.

It's a decent idea that WoT Console has had around for a while.
T-34-88 - German & Russian
AMX Chaffee - US and French
Captured KV-1 - German and Russian
etc....

Because it's a premium and you can grind crews for two nations with one tank. Also, don't you get the 2X for your first battle of the day twice? One time for each nation.
