With the latest improvements, it is now a beast.

Now, Worth. Every. Bond. Loving it.

I don't think so.

I agree, it is more useful than it was.

But the acceptable dispersion changes don't solve the 3.2 / 0.46 issues. Like how IS6, 112, WZ111, T-34-3 have had their gun control buffed.

It just doesn't seem as fast as it should be too, because of the worse terrain resistances, track pivot, reverse compared to IS3

The gun used to be very clumsy; I hated it when I first got it -- only played like 3-5 battles in it before I left it to rust; it could side scrape pretty well, but the gun was horrible. From that experience, the changes are night and day to me.

I forgot to kick the dust off to try it hopefully land on some normal teams that don't melt away in two or three minutes.

I guess I'll give it another go.  I have a deep seeded hatred of the D25T guns but if others are saying its good, where's the harm.

Cant believe i've had its for almost 6 years now honestly.

I have had mine forever too. It 3 marked, years ago, still sitting in garage, not jut with dust over top, but a tarp too o i can't see the shameful thing and many layers of spider webs and dust.

Technically, it is not a D25T. Its 703 gun. The huge boost in velocity is comical. The shot zips out of the barrel, and goes where you didn't want it, but extremely quickly rather than slow.

Nevertheless, gun disp and gun dep boosts are nice, to say the least. I would have liked at least some accuracy and aim-time improvement though. Engine upgrade would have been great, like T-10 or Is3-II top mobility module

Do IS5 make credits like a normal tier 8 premium tank? Am planning to go for it with the bonds. Thank you.

No.  Extra crew xp only as it is a reward tank and not a premium tank.

The tier 8 and the lone tier 7 CW rewards do have the credit bonus like normal premiums and have been so since their release years ago. Everyone who has any of these four tanks knows this.

Incorrect. The IS-5 and KV-4 Krev. both have the credit boosts common to T8 Premium vehicles.

edit: beaten

Its playable, and maybe good enough to replace my IS3 as my go to T8 heavy tank.

You are wrong, it is a full premium tank. I make 120k plus on it on average.

they should have given it the accuracy buff that it needed. the gun handling wasn't all that bad, but the lack of overall accuracy is complete trash. and i hate how they gave every other medium or heavy tank an armor buff but left the IS 5 our, its armor is garbage in close quarters. the accuracy buff would have been well recieved i'm sure.
