Something about somebody somewhere figured a way to work the system and by selling more than X amount of tanks a day, turn a free profit.  I forget exactly.  Maybe during some giveaway?

Thanks.
Now I have a dirty MS-1 I don't want in my garage...

IIRC it was due to players rebuying T1's during 5x events, so they could grind lots of exp.

Answer: Mobile Dreh-Kipp-Plattform or WTD 91. This particular one is used by the Bundeswehr to test radar signatures.

Tanks may operate via line of sight on the ground when engaging each other, but as we all know they are susceptible to other forms of attack. The radar cross section testing is not just for tank to tank combat, but how the tank may fare against, for example, air-launched or pop-up ground-launched anti-tank missiles.

Today was one of the first sunny Sundays in a while, so I spent several hours conducting a time-honoured tradition of manliness.

It's interesting how you can kindof fall in love with your car again when it's gleaming and clean...

An armoured car, of course!

No, go back to the other thread. I decided I don't have the $70k to spend on an armoured car.

This one's a B6 S4 droptop.

The Daimler Ferret line seems to still be affordable. (Til it needs repair).

Rolls Royce engine too.

Might as well make your own.

Yeah, but I prefer the M3. More practical, as it were.

Chief, can you please explain the full retard WG went on the US artillery line? The M44 and M53/55 make no sense in thier placement unless they are making an entirely new artillery line. The Cunningham 75mm, T16, T64, and T84 make way more sense. The M44 and M53/55 make way more sense in an entirely separate and new line.

T1 75mm > T57 > M7 > M37 > M41 > M12 > M40/43 > T84 > T92 makes more sense, and so does M41 > M44 > M53 > M55 > T147. Why is wargaming so insistent on picking the laziest and most anachronicist way possible?

I don't know. I sent them my suggestions, they said "thank you" and decided to do this. I am unsure about the long term answer.

:boggle:

I'm just going to point and laugh at them then, because it's ridicoulous beyond belief. It's tantamount to putting the T62A before the T-54A because the T-62A has less armor.

At least they are consistent in their spitting in the face of history in tech tree progression(IS-8 -> IS-7, Pz III/IV -> VKs, Hetzer -> StuG). It wouldn't be that hard to rebalance/fix/replace these discrepancies IMO.

Well, thay've already given us the IS-8 -> IS-7, S35-CA -> ARL v39, Hetzer -> StuG, AT8 -> AT7, etc.

Yea, and I'd want those discrepencies fixed as well because they'd also make a better balanced game.

IS-8 > Obj277/278 or Obj770 instead of the IS-7. Gets a better gun, fits developmentally and chronologically, and the tanks are much more easily balanced with speed/firepower in mind, making them good medium escorts. The IS-7 could then be relegated to a clan wars award tank like the M60, Obj907 and VK7201K.

Replace Hezter with Jagdpanzer 38D using the larger chassis and place the StuG III at T4, switch thier access to weaponry. I don't think much would have to change for stats anyway, as both tanks are fairly similar to each other.

Although I don't know enough on British armor, I could have sworn the AT8 and AT7 were effectively parallel developments so placing the better protected program at a higher tier makes some sense.

I don't know enough about French armor to comment on the S35CA and the ARL V39.
