If anyone is wondering why i’ve been quiet recently, I went on paternal leave a tad earlier than originally intended. The homestead is basically on “survive until tomorrow” mode. Barely enough unreserved “awake” time to deal with mandatory household operations, let alone checking in on the forum. Still, some videos have been recorded ahead of time, so watch for more to follow.

Ah ha!

Congratulations, and take care, and we'll see you soon.

I was wondering why you weren't showing up.  Congrats on your new life form.

OK, I'm jumping in several light-years late, but

Need to find something appropriate to put above the sabres, for WoT purposes, I don't think my military rank is appropriate...

Assuming a Death's Head is verboten as the SS appropriated it from the German Cavalry - and does anyone know where I can find a recording of the old marching song "Morgen Rot (Red Morning)" - how about Confederate rank insignia? It's historic and American AND will PO the PC crowd!

On that note....

*Here's another Dad joke for your archive, Nick...

A three-legged dog walks in to a saloon. He sits down and says to the bartender... "I'm looking for the dirty varmint who shot my paw!"...

I guess that joke works much better 'spoken', than typed....:D

Anyway, enjoy your summer everyone.

Because I see so many posts hating on artillery. I've even seen where members of the same team will abandon artillery to the enemy. I just wanted to find out Nick's opinion. Personally I like artillery. They can be a great help to win a game.

IRL arty was and still is very important to mobile armored warfare. That's why it was motorized to follow and support this arm.If one looks at the most successfully German panzer division's they were lavishly supported by modern mobile artillary.
