How much of it actually goes to uso?

We see/interact with ZERO of the funds, 100% of the silent auction goes to USO. The silent auction requires you to donate the amount you nominate for the item to the donation link when it is live.

Wargaming does not take any of the money from any of this. The silent auction is the only piece organized by us and I've made sure we do not handle any of the money.

Great question Gauss04. As Tragic said, 100% of the Silent Auction will be going to the USO through the Tiltify Page.
Also, all profits from the Merch sales will also be going to the USO.
FYI, the direct donation page on Tiltify will be going live on the 25th.
This upcoming event is a great opportunity to raise funds for an epic charity in the USO.

Of direct donations, it appears the USO will get approx. 95% after tiltify charges a 5% "platform" fee to the charity. Doesn't seem unreasonable.

https://info.tiltify.com/support/solutions/articles/43000045885-what-are-the-fees-

The one to look out for is the merchandise...."100% of profit". What's the profit on a $15 mug? I would say at least $10 but WG might think 50 cents.

Trust but verify works well and read the fineprint. A worthy cause for an organization I appreciate. This vet was at an airport when the 9/11 attacks occurred and I spent 10 hours at the USO while in lockdown.

They treated me very well and I love the chance to give back.

Once again, we do not handle any money period. We do not handle the merch store.

Edit: We do not profit from this at all. We do not receive any monetary gain from this.

Came here to update everyone that our Silent Auction tracking page is up (you can't nominate yet, but you can check out the items) and I saw this. Hilarious. I love it!

Thanks for the laughs Invictus.

Hello all ...

I'm from Egypt...I have some questions

Can I participate in this auction? And what are the steps specifically...

Where is the link for the auction? I can invite many to participate if they are interested in some of what is up for auction Are there other similar auctions held? Or is it just one auction?

 thanks

If you're on the NA server you can win the lots for in-game goods. Physical goods have restrictions, as do the lots for event based offers from our partner (The Ontario Regiment Museum). Each section of the silent auction is noted with minor restrictions.

The link to the silent auction is in a post above the list and on the first comment on the first page on this post.

You can use the tracking page to see the top bids for each lot.

When you see an item you want to bid on, submit a google form (linked in the tracking page) with your nomination. This form will gather all the information I need to send the winnings after the auction closes.

As a bid nominator, you do not have to donate the amount you nominated until after the auction closes and you're contacted as a winner. Once the auction closes, I email the winners with instructions on what to put in the notes when donating to the main Tiltify link to secure your confirmation.

It's quite simple actually. Just nominate the amount and wait/watch the lot you're wanting. You're free to nominate multiple times as the top bid goes up, but you will never have to donate the nominated amount unless you're contacted as a winner.

You can also feel free to donate as normal to the charity even as the auction is going, but remember that the amount you nominate MUST be donated after being contacted with instructions.

Thank you for the clarification .....

I will try to be present and deal ... and I hope to succeed in winning something :D

This will be the first time I've mentioned something like this

Greetings and respect

"You can bid multiple times on more than one item throughout the bidding window. Once bidding has closed, the highest bidder for each item will be contacted after the stream ends on Saturday, May 29 to provide receipt of their donation equal to the amount of their winning bid(s). Once provided, their items will be organized, credited, and/or shipped. You do not have to donate the amount until after you're contacted as a winner of a lot.

Winning bidders who do not provide proof of donation by Sunday, May 30 will be considered absent and the next highest bidder for any given item will be contacted."

I assume they mean October and not May

None of them will restore the account and no solution any of the 3 give works. To top that off none of your Twitch streams respond to my PMs asking for help!

The tracking page appears to be broken. I'm just seeing a bunch of #Ref! where the highest bids should be showing up. IMHO this makes the competitive aspect of an auction rather ineffective. Fix it ASAP. Seems to be some kind of sharing permissions problem.
