How about

G.J. = Good/Great Job

I usually post that for scouts that managed to light up most of the enemy team and live to do it again several times during the game

Also, when the team is actually working together, with every tank performing their intended role!

Anyway, I've noticed that I tend to use it often and it didn't come to my mind that perhaps I was not being understood or worse, that I was trying to insult them :o

If that was the case, consider this my official and sincere apology :D

I have a few suggestions which aren't abbreviations per se, but are parts of the lingo that some new players may not be able to easily figure out:

Easy8 = M4A3E8 Sherman... you have no idea how long it took me to figure out what the hell people were referring to with "easy8"

Jumbo (or sometimes Jumbo Sherman) = M4A3E2 Sherman

Scout = Generally any small, fast, easily hidden tank which takes up a forward position on the map to locate enemy targets for teammates

Flank = The act of maneuvering around the sides of an attacking force to get a better shot at their thinner armored sides and back

Light up = spotting an enemy tank so that he shows up, or "lights up" on the minimap for your teammates, this does NOT refer to the more traditional meaning of the term, which is to start shooting someone

That's all I got for now.  Good list, though you may want to check the whole thing again, there's a few repeats that could get removed/consolidated.

R2D2: A small machinegun turret on some tanks, especially the M3 Lee and KV-5. Refers to the looks of Star Wars character droid R2D2 clinging on to the spacecraft or in this case, tank.

Another one:
Stop cap:refers to damaging a enemy tank that is within the friendly base circle to reset base capture points

Lol,i lost count how many times newbie players misunderstood this. Many times after hearing this, they move out of the ENEMY base circle and stop OUR capping points   .Other times, they call me a traitor and start shooting me

This happens mostly in tier 1-3 matches   :D

EDIT:yeah,it took me a long time to figure out whta easy8 means too   :P

one I like to use...

OTW   on the way    in case someone is spamming for help its alot easier for me to punch that in than "wait one second whilst I turn around this slow ass Ferdi/JagdTiger and make it gallop like a damn wounded draft animal in your general direction"

:)

Also every now and then I use "TO"

Table of Organization...basically the list of combatants on the board...you have the baddies TO and the green guys TO.

One I don't see on the list is NERF. I'm guessing that means to soften or lessen the impact of. Am I correct?
