Wish I could trade in all the useless garage slots I keep earning. All the other items hold value for a player like me but the bulk of all my empty garage slots should be able to be bartered.

question?  if the 780 with the style runs out will the other be cheaper?   

check the prem shop and they have separate prices on all tanks with & without styles.

Like tanfa said. Yikes on the price.  A standard tier 10 costs 6 mil credits.  96k free xp and 50 mil credits with nothing else only get you to 62%.

With italian and or czech tds on the way that is too rich for me.  Hard pass.  

 

I would load only apcr on all my tanks before this kind of a resource grab

lmbo, one hour into the event and already 7k are all but gone. Whales? Scalpers? Or are there really so many players with such an absurd amount of resources on hand?

A lot of us have a ton of free xp and blue prints that we never use so... I assume there are quite a few whales out there too who would buy gold and convert to free xp for a "cheaper" way to buy it ourright.

Is there any reason why these kinds of events start at 3 AM PST, thereby making it nearly inaccessible to the west coast? Why not have it at something like 6 PM PST (9 PM EST) where both coasts can reasonably have a shot at getting the numbered tanks?

I spent blueprints + bonds + free xp. And I can easy buy a couple more. I would not say that it costs absurd amount of resources.

 

The real challenge was to wake up at 4:50.

While spamming connect at 3am PST because the servers were still down.. I then got queue of around 250, took 60secs or so to load the garage.. picked my payment as quick as I could.. 3:03 am.. #740 pops up.. not gonna lie.. was disappointed 

 

But all in all.. I had the free xp and credits that I earned naturally while playing and used blueprints I will never use... High cost but I will pay it as I'm a collector.

Wasted opportunity. Could've done something similar to what WOWS does with their shipyard and offer missions to contribute to % of completion. Instead it's just a crappy resource sink.

Once again, Wargaming has created something that only the professional players can enjoy.  Most of your players are like me, the average gamer.  I'm not wealthy but I do spend money on this game.  But once again as usual, you toss us to the curb like last week's tuna casserole.  I logged on at 2pm eastern time US.  The numbered tanks were gone already, and this is day one.  To make it worse for those like me, I'm a disabled veteran whose disability keeps from being able to log on and play all day like a 12 year old hyped up on energy drinks.  Many of us work jobs to earn the money that we give to you.  We (and I hear this all the time from other players) know you don't care a lick about us.  This proves it.

I have to respectfully disagree. I am NO WHERE close to being a professional player, not even close to being a unicum, barely average tbh. But, I have been enjoying the game for 10 years now, so I managed to accumulate resources and get this tonk. I also work a fulltime job, 50+ hrs a week, with wife, kids and grandkids pulling on my time. Being 45+ years old, I would think you would be surprised at the average age of the player base. Although I do drink plenty of red bulls. I do spend $ on the game, but I do not consider myself a whale by any stretch. 

The fact that the numbered tanks were gone at 2pm is no surprise, its the same way with most all of these type events, you have played for years, you know this. Early bird gets the worm. 

As far as WG caring about its players, did you know that they credited premium time during the last couple hurricanes? Havent they made it right on all their f ups? Like the duplicate ornaments and shard thing from last holiday ops? I have had no problems with WG as far as customer support, the opposite in fact. 

BTW look for # 2019 on the field! o7!
