Does anyone know whether the Anniversary Store BIA Crew members "with the Brothers in Arms Perk trained to 100%" are actually Zero Skill crew?

BIA only works when every crew within the tank has the same skill and at 100%. I am sure they would have BIA skill automatically with the crew member. And a zero skill unless stated otherwise.

I have one, I’ll check and report back here in a few minutes. 
 

Edit: just checked, yes it a zero skill. I can’t reset it and the interface acts like the crew member has no XP or skills without it.

No one seems to know, the question has never been answered.

This isn't the first time WG had offered a crew member with BIA.

Good. We can get 3 of them I think. Nice filler for a tank. I got a lot of commanders with BIA but few regular crew in my barracks. Zero skill means the first skill can be done quickly.

I've been thinking about taking a free commander and some of the BIA crew from the event to make an Italian TD crew.

And don't forget the crew books. For instance when you get a Progetto or Bisonte rental train the crew up in the rental then with a skill and extra EXP train them to the TD of your choice. The Tier 4 crew is going in the 6. The Bisonte crew will be retrained to the 7. A BIA and Battle Pass Commander will be my Tier 8 crew.

I set up all three with a Italian goalkeeper (0 skill perk) to train for new TD line.  Used up some books on them, they have the same requirements to advance their skill....therefore, a witch!

I want two crews for the Italian TDs to keep the Tier 9 and Tier 10 ready to play.  I'm going to train the new crews (in part, using these BIA recruits) in the Bisonte C45 and Progretto M35 in Frontlines.
