Howdy Boom Jockeys! 
 

After the latest micro patch there have been reports of issues with our game. Please try the following! 
 

Our support team asks users to perform a Clean Driver install.

 

One of the reporting users we had, with the latest drivers and couldn't open the game claims this fixed it for him too.

 

If you see any reports, feel free to share those lines:

 

Perform a clean Driver Install via the latest Nvidia Software, that can be found here:

Nvidia Drivers

 

During installation, you will be prompted to use the Express Install or Advanced, choose Advanced Install.

 

In this step, choose mark the Checkbox to Perform a Clean Driver Install.

 

After running the clean driver installation, restart your computer and try running the game once again.

 

If you are still having issues please submit a ticket to our support team so they can continue to track the issue.

No probs on my end of things and I've been battling all afternoon.  As for me, I'd have to say: "Good Job, very stable patch"

Why say this when you know many are not getting logged on?  patches frequently cause game crashes and problems logging in

Yeah well tell your support team nice try but forget it, didn't work.

 

Typical screw up on YOUR part Wargaming............................

 

 I got a top of the line ASUS system with a top of the line NIVIDIA system I SHOULDN'T have to jump through hoops to play this game.

 

Wait for the next patch maybe you will have it fixed by then?

You guys screwed up this round of Clan Wars, we couldn't play our late battle the first night. Fog of War isn't working, thanks. Now a lot of us cannot get into the game during clan wars, thanks. Now my clan will get punished for not having enough people, thanks again. Us that cannot get in, because of YOUR mistakes, get punished, loss of premium time, loss for our clan, really thanks soo much.

 

As for reporting to your geeks, right, I have tried that waste of time before.

 

Last, a lot of us ARE NOT puter smart, sorry it is a reality, so handing us all this puter mumbo jumbo isn't helping AT ALL.........

I've been having the same problems with logging in and don't have an Nvidia GPU, so I very much doubt that it's exclusively a driver issue.

your fix did not work, no point sending to help staff, in the years i have been playing they never had a solution that worked (its always been my fault somehow, never theirs)- guess we just hope WG patches their patch soon as they have many times'

No they don't.  Patches VERY infrequently cause problems for most gamers, but this patch has caused a lot of problems.  

 

I have played this game for a LONG time, and rarely have problems logging in and I have almost no lag.

Well, considering I just did an Nvidia driver update over the weekend, I can confidently say, WG is full of it. Stop victim blaming lol!

Then you are very lucky because a high percentage of patches results in loading problems for me -just because yours works great does not mean others have the same experience

The Clean Driver Install worked for me. The extra instructions and how to do it was very helpful and essential since that was my first time doing anything except the automatic Express Install. Thanks !

Congrats. on being one of the few. Right now I can't get into the Premium shop so idc

Did you do a clean install or just an update?

A clean install is what is required something I never do until now.

Just an update, though it seemed to sort itself out later in the day when I started it up to see if there was any difference, so no idea what that was all about actually lol!

Sorry for the Hijack i cant create a thread...... I havent played in 5 years i had no warnnings my only  mesages with wargaming were over server lag issues in 2016,, i just tried to log in again 9-24-22 and im banned.. not once from 2011-2016 did i ever get so much as a warning from them,, spent more money then i could tell the wife and its just lost and they wont respond to me:? 

im just hoping for a little player base support to help me out.

I didn't have any issues with patch. When I do update the NVIDIA drivers I normally use express.

 Two patches later, still can not login - starting to lose interest in the game as I am not able to use my premium days - this is the longest I have been locked out after a large patch
