I had already had BIA on my commander, "Harold Nelson Scott", but choose it as my zero perk to replace sixth sense. Instead of giving me another skill, that slot just vanished.

Was the exp absorbed into the next skill?

Look at the personal file. It's still there, just not on the full crew display. Or you can mouse hover over the commander and it will show in the zero perks column.

Also if it wasn't there or removed the BIA on the rest of the crew would be greyed out indicating it's not on all crew members. It's not greyed out which indicates it's still working and on all crew members. Unless it's not on one of the other crew.

Seems they only want skills that take xp that can be reset on the full crew display. But they're gonna pay for the change so to speak cause you just know they're gonna get tickets because of it.
