Need to fix the 5 tank min garbage, screws over every low ELO clan when they play a high ELO clan, almost makes it so we should just forfeit those.

 

Also, if team does tech, the team that DID show up, should be rewarded some fame and resources. Would then hopefully fix all the techs.

 

The amount of resources needed to make things needs to be better balanced so you can actually craft a permit and at least one other thing at a minimum...
