I like the "purchase the rights" part of Valters statement. I hope Nicolas gets a fair price, and I hope them implement it in a timely fashion. With OTM directly integrated into WoT, we may have even more modification leeway with it.

after a recent computer disaster, requiring a reformat, and after installing the game this was the first mod i added. before any skins or scopes.  i minimized OTM by removing the vehicle icons, leaving only the health bar and vehicle name.  looks nice and clean.  i hope there is a way to keep this implemented in the interim.  it could take WG a metric decade to actually introduce it.

There you go OTM-2.1.0-WoT-0.7.0-test3.zip (578.27 KB) http://www.multiupload.com/0M8FTOFEG3

(not perfect, but at least looks like we will get it afterall)

Enjoy :)

I tested the modded battle.swf and my current OTMData.xml and it works fine..

the only minor thing i noticed is that i will have to raise up a few items that now display too low, but these were only when i hit ALT

its not that big of deal and will just take me a minute to fix with the editor

really glad to know this will still be around for v7.

THANKS A BUNCH!

There is an updated version tho, check out the links that bko posted earlier.

Is there an updated Editor or should we just use the old version?

also I see now that it doesn't move the Vehicle Icon, as noted already in bkon's OP.

That is why it seemed like things were off, but everything else actually displays right.

My version of the OTMData.xml, adjusted to fit the Vehicle Icons in.

Just to share.

Note:  Even though the pic shows no "Vehicle Icon" for the "Alt View", it is still there in-game. Just a quirk of the way the new mod works

I, personaly used the old editor for 2.0.5 from Siver's webpage and it worked for me and my icon mod. It does shows strange icon contour positions but at least lets you move around the icons with and the rest settings.
