how do I install and use mods? I have tried using JoneSoft Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME), but I can't add anymore mods that will work to it. Will some one show me how to use that to activate downloaded mods?

Are you wanting to know how to create your own mods, or how to install a mod someone else has posted? If it is the former, that depends upon what you are trying to create, and can be quite complicated. If it is the latter, please tell us (post the link) which mod you are trying to install, and we can help you better.

I'm trying to install mods some one else has created, but some of the parts of the mod don't work. Here's the website, http://forum.worldof...-crosshair-mod/
Or, could you recommend some better corss-hair and health bar mods?

iirc JSGME does not work on flash files, just DDS files.
i use it for my skins and model swaps so it's really handy.

This is my preferred mod: http://forum.worldof...-67-compatible/
The instructions are pretty straight forward, but let me know if you need help installing.

Is there a way to just install the health bar from your mod and incorporate it into WOT? I got the other parts working.

Generic Mod enabler will work with any files.
If you haven't read the tutorial on the wikia, then there is a good chance you are doing something wrong.
Please give this a read. You should have no problems using JSGME after doing so.
