Rammer for your gun. Suspension upgrade (helps not being tracked). Then pick whatever, either camo if you move and hide alot, or Spall Liner if you like to ram other tanks when fighting or coated optics. That is totally up to your playing style. The only two that are really important are the Rammer and the Suspension. The way that tank moves makes it so good so if you get tracked, it's not so good. Upgraded suspension is a 30% chance less likely to get tracked. A rammer makes your gun almost like an auto cannon with no 6 round clip.

Wow!  Defintely getting the rammer then.

OK, so if I understand this about upgrading my suspension, it then becomes less likely to lose a track in battle with the upgrade? Correct?

Thanks

Yes when you get your tracks shot off and you turn sideways until you repair it with a consumable or you wait for it to fix itself for a half a second. Getting the upgrade will add 30% more hit points to your suspension and less likey to get it shot off. OMG, I screwed up I haven't played it in so long. There is no suspension for American and French tanks. Sorry guys. Read here. http://wiki.worldoftanks.com/Equipment

Yea, I was referring to upgradeable 'research modules'.

So, can I purchase the NVSS T80 Suspensionlast, or should I have to buy it next to support the added weight to my final turrent and gun for this class?

You should max out this tank anyway, so go ahead and get the suspension.  Don't waste your time with the 105mm... the m1a2 is the only barrel you need.  Vents, Rammer, & Vert Stab is the way to go.

With 100% crew & Brother in Arms, the tank is very, very fun.  The reload speed is just stupid fast.  Playing a lot of med. company battles has grown my appreciation for it.  You can also make a fair bit of money with it.

Yep, I already have my crew at 100% and have Bro's in Arms also.

This will be primary and most played tank from now on.

Thanks for the help everybody.

Since the suspension equipment can't be added to American tanks. I'd get the vent in it's place. Vent adds to all your skills and perks. So you will reload even faster than just a rammer alone. Brothers in arms also works better with vents. Your crew will be pretty amazing for sure with a vent and brothers in arms. The tank is a real good main tank for making money. I am buying it back to play in tank companies. I will run a Rammer, Vent and Coated Optics on mine.

The M1A2 is required to get the 90mm M3 on the T20.

I equipped mine with binocs, rammer and stab.

It's fun to play as a long-distance sniper with the M1A2 and it is also a lot of fun to circle strafe the enemy with, so I have equipment that fits my play style.

When you get stuck in a high tier match with the M4A3E8 the binocs always help because you can help scout.  You have the speed to get away if you're spotted.
